BlindTools provides field software for window covering professionals, including measurement tools, project management, install tracking, and data export capabilities. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our fees upon reasonable notice
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination in accordance with our data export features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLINDTOOLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlindTools and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
